Wonderful hotel with amazing view of the sea. Stunning and lovely location in Coromandel, right by Coromandel, and Bird Haven. Also, in the middle of jackson.

We had an amazing stay at Bird Haven! The warm welcome we received from Denise and Malcolm made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with beautiful decorations that added a touch of comfort. The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking, allowing us to fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was a true delight! Everything was homemade, from the bread to the marmalade and fresh cut fruit. We couldn't have asked for a better start to our day. we highly recommend Bird Haven for a picture-perfect getaway!

I have to say, the value we got for our money at this place was amazing. The room was so comfortable and well-equipped, and the view we had was absolutely breathtaking. The location was perfect, with beautiful birds and a relaxing garden. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better was having a wider variety of hot food options. The spread was delicious, with homemade yogurt, jams, and afternoon cakes, but a few additional hot items would have been a nice touch.

The scones were to die for! Best scones we've ever had! The bed was comfy and the room was spotless. The hosts were lovely and their local knowledge was super helpful. The bathroom was cozy with a little heater to warm up on chilly mornings. The shower had great water pressure and always had hot water. We loved being spoiled with fresh orange juice, fresh fruit, and homemade cereals for breakfast. The outdoor area was private and had a beautiful view of the bay, perfect for enjoying a drink after a day of exploring. Plus, the location was great for discovering the whole peninsula!
The only downside was that the private bathroom was outside the room. But they did provide dressing gowns and slippers, so it was a minor inconvenience.

This suite was absolutely amazing! The views of Coromandel Harbour were stunning and made me feel like I was in paradise. The tea/coffee making facilities were a lifesaver, especially in the morning when I needed a quick pick-me-up. I loved having a microwave oven and BBQ available for my use, it made cooking meals so convenient.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the fact that the suite only had tea/coffee making facilities. But hey, I know some people might still find that a great perk.
